1 General Terms and Consent

c7cc is an online betting and casino platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between c7cc and its users.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on c7cc is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other payment methods are accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawal as was used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure that:

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, applied to the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount). For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A person may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in both accounts being terminated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after wagering requirements have been fully met.
• c7cc reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without notice.
• If a bonus is claimed through suspicious or dishonest means, it will be forfeited.

5 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fair Play Policy

c7cc is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming experience. All games are conducted in a balanced and impartial manner. There is no possibility of manipulating game outcomes.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using any software, bots, or automated tools.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs for personal gain.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Creating accounts or claiming bonuses using false information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

c7cc's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Higher tiers can be reached through regular active participation. Cashback amounts are added directly to the account balance. c7cc reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

7 Betting and Sports Terms

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are considered final unless c7cc cancels them due to a verifiable technical error. Once a user confirms a bet, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

7.2 Betting Limits

c7cc sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or event. These limits may change from time to time and all limits are clearly stated on the platform.

7.3 Cricket and Football Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, and kabaddi. All bets are settled according to the designated rules. If an event is abandoned or incomplete, c7cc will make a decision according to its own policy.

8 Technical Issues and Liability

8.1 System Failure

If a game or transaction is affected by a technical error, server issue, or internet disconnection, c7cc will review the situation and make a decision accordingly. Winnings or bonuses received abnormally due to a technical error may be forfeited.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

c7cc will not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss that falls outside the platform's control. No information on the platform should be considered professional financial advice.

8.3 SSL Security

c7cc secures all data transfers through SSL encryption. Protecting your personal and financial information is our highest priority. However, users are also responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and login credentials.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure at User Request

Any user may contact support at any time to request account closure. If there is a valid withdrawable balance before the account is closed, it will be returned.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by c7cc

c7cc may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

In such cases, the account balance and bonuses may be forfeited.
